Account & Access

How do I reset my password?

  1. Click "Forgot password" on the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for reset instructions
  4. Follow the link to create a new password

I can't access certain features. What should I do?

Your access is determined by your role. Contact your organization administrator to request additional permissions.

How do I change my email address?

Clients & Data

How do I add a new client?

Navigate to Clients > New Client, fill in the required information, and click Save. See the Clients guide for details.

Calendar & Appointments

How do I schedule an appointment?

Click on a time slot in the calendar, select the client and appointment type, and save. See the Calendar guide for more details.
