Appointments

Manage appointments and sessions with clients.

Overview

The appointments feature helps you schedule and track client sessions.

Scheduling an Appointment

  1. Go to the Calendar view
  2. Click on the desired time slot
  3. Select the client
  4. Choose the appointment type
  5. Add any notes
  6. Click Save

Appointment Types

Different appointment types may be available depending on your organization's setup:

  • Initial consultation
  • Follow-up session
  • Home visit
  • Phone consultation
  • Video call

Managing Appointments

Rescheduling

  1. Click on the appointment
  2. Select Edit
  3. Choose a new date/time
  4. Save changes

Canceling

  1. Click on the appointment
  2. Select Cancel
  3. Optionally add a reason
  4. Confirm cancellation

Appointment Status

Appointments can have the following statuses:

  • Scheduled - Upcoming appointment
  • Completed - Appointment has occurred
  • Canceled - Appointment was canceled
  • No-show - Client did not attend
