Appointments
Manage appointments and sessions with clients.
Overview
The appointments feature helps you schedule and track client sessions.
Scheduling an Appointment
- Go to the Calendar view
- Click on the desired time slot
- Select the client
- Choose the appointment type
- Add any notes
- Click Save
Appointment Types
Different appointment types may be available depending on your organization's setup:
- Initial consultation
- Follow-up session
- Home visit
- Phone consultation
- Video call
Managing Appointments
Rescheduling
- Click on the appointment
- Select Edit
- Choose a new date/time
- Save changes
Canceling
- Click on the appointment
- Select Cancel
- Optionally add a reason
- Confirm cancellation
Appointment Status
Appointments can have the following statuses:
- Scheduled - Upcoming appointment
- Completed - Appointment has occurred
- Canceled - Appointment was canceled
- No-show - Client did not attend
