Billable Services
Services can be linked to contracts and tariff agreements with insurers.
Service Codes
Service codes define the types of billable activities:
- Consultation codes
- Treatment codes
- Administrative codes
Creating Invoices
- Navigate to Billing
- Select the billing period
- Review the services rendered
- Generate the invoice
Invoice Status
- Draft - Invoice is being prepared
- Sent - Invoice has been submitted
- Paid - Payment received
- Overdue - Payment is past due
Contract Management
Contracts define the terms and tariffs for services provided to clients through specific insurers.
Reports
Generate billing reports to track:
- Revenue per period
- Services rendered
