Overview ​
The client portal (mijn.scrivio.nl) is the personal environment your clients use to fill in questionnaires and view documents you share with them. The Overview is the landing page: as soon as a client signs in, they see at a glance what is still outstanding and which documents were shared recently. This page explains what the portal offers your clients, so you know what they see.

Signing in ​
Clients do not need a password. They sign in via an email link (passwordless): they request a link on the sign-in page, receive it by email, and land directly in their portal after clicking it. This means your client doesn't have to create an extra account or remember a password.
After signing in, the Overview always opens, with a personal greeting and a short note explaining that this is their own environment for viewing documents and filling in questionnaires.
Pending questionnaires ​
The Pending questionnaires widget shows the questionnaires you have assigned to the client that still need to be filled in. Each questionnaire appears as a card with the title and, if set, a due date.
If a questionnaire is past its due date, the portal visibly marks that card as overdue, so your client knows which questionnaire takes priority. The widget only appears when there are actually pending questionnaires.
Shared documents ​
The Recent documents widget shows the documents you have recently shared with the client (the five most recent). For each document the portal shows the file name, the file size and the date it was shared.
Documents only appear here once a practitioner shares them (documents.expose permission). If you haven't shared anything yet, this widget stays empty.
Go to questionnaires ​
At the bottom of the Overview there is a shortcut to all of the client's questionnaires. The card shows how many questionnaires are still outstanding and leads, via View all questionnaires, to the full list (/forms). There the client can open and fill in each questionnaire.
Go to documents ​
A second shortcut leads to all shared documents. The card shows how many documents are available and goes, via View documents, to the full document list (/documents), where the client can open and read each document.
