Declaring settings

The Declareren screen brings together every organization setting that decides how your practice bills: the funding frameworks, the billing settings, the bookkeeping email address and the treatment settings. You open it from the Declareren card on the settings overview.

Overview

Route/organization/declareren
AudienceBehandelaar (every member reads it, the organization administrator edits it)
Required permissionsNone to view; organization.settings.update to edit

Each block shows the current values. A value that is not set reads Niet ingesteld (not set), followed by the default that applies instead. With the organization.settings.update permission each block has an Edit button; a block saves only its own fields.

A read-only summary of the billing settings also appears on the Contracts screen, with a link to this screen.

Set the funding frameworks

The Bekostiging block decides under which legal frameworks your practice delivers care: the Zorgverzekeringswet (always on), the Jeugdwet and the Wmo. An enabled framework makes, for example, municipal contracts available.

Edit the billing settings

FieldDescription
Sending methodVecozo (electronically to the health insurer) or Paper invoice (the client receives the invoice).
Payment term (days)Term on invoices to clients, 0 to 365 days. Empty means 30 days.
Own tariff (% of NZa maximum)For consults no contract applies to; a contract always takes precedence. Empty means 100% of the NZa maximum.

Edit the bookkeeping address

The bookkeeping email address is where your bookkeeping reads in sales invoices, for example SnelStart's import mailbox. Each sales invoice is sent to this address in an email of its own. Leave it empty if you do not use this.

Edit the treatment settings

The default quality statute and the default GB-ggz profile are preselected when a new care trajectory is created, and can still be changed there.
